Step 1. Wrinkle the paper.
Step 2. Submerge the paper in a bowl of water 
and wash by pulling in and out of the water and squeezing.
Step 3. Carefully un-wrinkle the paper and it lay on a paper towel to dry, 
or force the drying time with a heat tool.
Step 4. Once dried, iron if desired.
We showed this 11” paper mache (made from recycled paper of course) Bird on a Pedestal at the recent CHA show in California. If you’re looking for something to decorate, this bird is a lot of fun. We gave a class at CHA and everyone made the most wonderful creations!
