Step 1. Mix Perfect Pearls with water to form a creamy paint.
Step 2. Brush Perfect Pearls paint in both directions over cardstock or photograph.
Step 3. With a paper towel lightly buff the Perfect Pearls in a circular motion.
We showed this 11” paper mache (made from recycled paper of course) Bird on a Pedestal at the recent CHA show in California. If you’re looking for something to decorate, this bird is a lot of fun. We gave a class at CHA and everyone made the most wonderful creations!
