Love is Sweet Frame

This “Love is Sweet” frame is a perfect gift for anyone you love. The UTEE suckers look so real you’ll want to eat them (but don’t, yuck…)

Finished Sample Size: 5″ x 7″

SUPPLIES

Puffy Frame
pattern paper
Distress Inks
(Aged Mahogany, Fired Brick, Peeled Paint, Worn Lipstick)
Perfect Pearls (pearl)
Embossing Powder (black, clear UTEE, Flex UTEE)
To Dye For Inks
(primary)
watercolor markers
ribbon
sucker sticks
adhesive
paper towel
sucker molds
stamps
(93218-K, Inkadinkado, M051-N Large Heart, Wordsworth)
brush
squirt bottle
Melting Pot
Heat Tool

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1. Apply the inks directly to the frame overlapping colors slightly.

Step 2. Hold the squirt bottle 8″ to 10″ directly over the paper and spray slowly once or twice to make splatters on the frame.

Blot, do not wipe, away excess water with a paper towel.

Step 3. While the frame is damp, apply the Perfect Pearls with a brush. The Perfect Pearls will cling to the damp areas and set themselves.

Step 4. Stamp the heart image and emboss it. Color in the heart in with watercolor markers.

Step 5. Cut out the heart, adhere it to the pattern paper, and stamp the word love below it.

Step 6. Heat clear UTTE and add Flex UTEE and red dye. Pour mixture into sucker molds and cool.

Step 7. Tie ribbon around the UTEE sucker and frame. Attach UTEE sucker to the frame.
